Dotty, who prefers to go by “Rosie,” always has a smile on her face and a happy disposition! She is pretty easy-going and lights up whenever she’s around animals. Drawing gives Rosie a quiet space to express how she sees the world. Rosie is interested in learning to play rugby. She thrives on hugs and kind words, drawing strength from encouragement and using it to push herself further each day. Every accomplishment, big or small, matters to her—she celebrates them with pride. One day, she hopes to become a veterinarian!

She is now in the seventh grade and adores math class!

A family with pets is preferred. Rosie has significant connections to maintain following placement. Financial assistance may be available for adoption-related services.
