About Joseph

Meet Joseph! A funny, lovable, and charismatic teen who has so much to offer the right family. He is well-mannered, full of personality, and has a variety of interests that make him a wonderful young person to get to know. One of his greatest passions is boxing, which provides him with a positive outlet and an opportunity to build confidence, discipline, and perseverance. Joseph currently participates in a local boxing program and hopes to take the next step by applying to become an apprentice. He is also involved in his school's JROTC program, another activity that helps him stay engaged and continue growing. When he isn't busy with these activities, he enjoys playing video games, watching anime, playing the piano, and learning to code. Science is currently his favorite subject in school, and he enjoys opportunities to explore new things and learn. Joseph also enjoys getting out and making memories! Trips to the lake are among the outings he likes, and he appreciates family vacations filled with fun activities and opportunities to experience new things. He would love to be part of a family that enjoys spending time together, encourages his interests, and makes him feel included in everyday family life.

The right family for Joseph will be one that understands the importance of patience, consistency, and connection. He thrives when he feels supported, valued, and truly part of the family. A predictable routine, clear expectations, and a structured environment will help him feel secure and know what to expect. A family with an understanding of trauma and how it can affect a young person's emotions and behaviors will be better equipped to offer the compassion, reassurance, and guidance he needs.

Joseph deserves a family that will see beyond his challenges, recognize his potential, and remain committed to him through life's ups and downs. A family willing to encourage his goals, support his extracurricular activities, and create a home filled with love, stability, and belonging could make a lasting difference in his life. Most of all, he needs people who will show him that he matters, that he is valued, and that he has a place where he can feel safe, supported, and loved.
