About RYLIE

Rylie, who likes to be called by her nickname, "Suki", is a 15 yr. old female. Suki has a gentle soul. She has a quiet, thoughtful way about her. She had pet cat's growing up, and would really like to be in a home that has cat's, or would allow her to get a cat someday. She recently got to spend some time at a cat café for her birthday and she really enjoyed being able to just relax and drink coffee, and pet and play with a bunch of different cats.

Like most girls- she loves to shop! Suki has unique tastes in her clothing, and often experiments wearing different fashions- such as attaching animal tails to her outfits, and wearing animal ears on headbands. She also enjoys experimenting with her hair and makeup styles. She isn't afraid to be daring and use bold colors, or fix her hair in new ways. She still enjoys dressing up for Halloween, and leans towards a somewhat gothic vibe in her dress.

She said that if she ever gets the chance to travel anywhere in the world, she'd like to visit Japan. She said that she would love to go shopping at the bodega and spend time trying new and delicious foods. Fun fact- when asked where she would go to eat if she could choose anywhere- she said Burger King and she would order a plain whopper, with no cheese (because she's lactose intolerant).

In her spare time she enjoys drawing. She draws animals and humans, in addition to anime and cartoons. She is very proud of her artistic abilities, and would love a family to share them with. She would enjoy being able to join an art club, or even take lessons or classes to learn different techniques and use various mediums to expand upon her skills.

Suki grew up as an only child, raised by a single parent with the support of a grandparent. Since being in care, she's gotten to experience what it's like to live in a much busier household and have other youth in the home- both younger and older. She has said that after comparing the differences, she prefers to have a quieter atmosphere and would like to be an only child once again if possible. She relates well to adults most of the time and prefers their company over her peers. She said if she has to be in a home with other youth, she'd prefer them to be close to her in age, or older. She'd also like to have a bedroom to herself.
