Meet Ryder! He is a happy, loving and caring little boy who loves to play sports. Ryder’s foster parent shared “He is very loving and smart and loves to be helpful.” He is extremely intelligent and thrives academically. He is in AIG classes at school, and his teachers have shared that he is a joy to have in class. His favorite subjects are math, science and reading. He gets along well with his peers and makes friends easily. Ryder enjoys using his hands to build structures and figure out how things work as he likes to be provided with intellectual challenges. Ryder is at his best when he is allowed to be engaged in activities in the community such as soccer, cub scouts and playdates with friends. He enjoys outgoings on the weekends and breaks and his favorite places to visit are the trampoline park, water park and beach. When he has down time at home you can find him playing with his Beyblades, Legos or Roblox. Ryder has many interests and when he is older, he may want to be a firefighter to help his community, work with his hands building things or sports as he is very athletically inclined.

Ryder needs a loving forever home with a family who will provide structure and stability. He will need a family who is trauma informed that will be patient and nurturing. He would do well with an active family who likes sports and will encourage his continued participation in sports and recreation. Ryder’s forever family will need to support his academic strengths and provide opportunities for him to engage in environments that promote learning. Ryder has sibling bonds that will need to be maintained through visitation and phone calls. Ryder has so much love to give and would be a great addition to any loving home.
