Meet Jaden, Malani and Ahmeer! These amazing kids are looking for a family who will love and welcome them into their home. Jaden is an amazing big brother with a gentle and loving spirit. He can initially be quiet but will open up as he feels comfortable with those around him. Once you break through his reservedness, he generally has a lot to say and is excited and talkative. Jaden is respectful, polite, helpful and gets along well with his peers. He loves being outside spending time riding his bike, throwing around a football or playing with friends. His hobbies include playing video games, cooking and playing basketball. He is currently on a recreational basketball team in the community and really enjoys this as an outlet.
Malani is a social butterfly who is creative, joyful and a delight to be around. She has a big heart and loves helping others out. She makes friends easily and gets along well with adults and peers alike. Malani is a pleaser and does her best to meet expectations and bring happiness to those around her. Malani is very smart and loves to learn. She enjoys all subjects in school, but math and writing are her favorites. She likes to spend time writing stories and will staple the pages together to make books. She also likes to write her own songs. Malani enjoys swimming and recently completed swimming lessons. She has interest in being involved in tumbling, gymnastics or cheerleading. Malani likes to stay active by playing outside spending time on her bike or jumping on the trampoline. When inside she loves playing with her baby dolls or dressing up like her favorite Disney princesses, Tiana and Moana. All things girly occupy her attention.
Ahmeer is a ball of energy who loves being on the go and engaged in activities. Ahmeer loves to smile and is funny, sweet and affectionate. He is a great friend to others and gets along well with his foster mother, peers and teachers. He has a dinosaur lover with a creative side. He really enjoys art and likes to spend time coloring and drawing. When he colors, he does a great job of staying in the lines. Ahmeer loves to spend time outside playing with his big brother tossing around a football. He is currently involved in swimming lessons and Boy Scouts. These are both activities that he really enjoys. When he takes the time to slow down, he likes to spend time playing on his tablet and watching YouTube Kids.
Jaden, Malani and Ahmeer would do well in a two-parent home with no other children. These siblings need a loving family who will be patient and understanding as they transition into their new home. The family will need to have a flexible schedule to engage in services to meet the children’s needs. The siblings will need parents who will be proactive regarding their education and provide any additional resources as needed.
