About Destiny
Destiny (April, 2011) is an outgoing teen female that is social and likes to be outdoors. She likes spending time with friends, going to the park, going shopping, going to the movies, going for walks, and listening to music. Destiny likes spending time crafting, doing art, playing sports, journaling, and watching television. Destiny’s outgoing, bubbly, and social personality helps her to make friends easily and she protective of the people that she loves and cares about. Destiny is able to make connections with children her age and older and loves to help and assist with younger children.
Destiny is in the tenth grade in high school and excels in her classes. Destiny enjoys reading and science, as well as learning new things. Destiny likes consistency and routine and likes to be independent. Destiny copes with her emotions by journaling, walking, and having space to herself to process her feelings. Destiny is resilient and adjusts well to change, is always willing to take on new challenges, and learn new tasks.
Destiny wants to have a stable, loving family that loves and supports her. Destiny would love a family with siblings and a family that likes to spend time together. Destiny would love an involved family that has family movie nights or game nights at home. Destiny wishes to find a family that will communicate with her and provide reassurance to her that she is loved. Destiny wants a family that can talk to her and explain things to her if she makes the wrong decision and teach her how to improve next time. Destiny would benefit from an active family that has the time and attention to do family bonding activities together as a group and also talk with her individually.
For Destiny’s future, she would like to use her own life experiences to be able to help others that have been through similar experiences. Destiny has explored the options of being a therapist or a nurse to be able to help others.
Destiny is eager and excited to find her forever family and a place to call home.
