About Kamden

If you ever find yourself talking about trains, there's a good chance Kamden will have a fun fact to share. A self-proclaimed train expert with a playful sense of humor, Kamden enjoys making people smile and brings enthusiasm to the things he loves. Whether he's offering a hug, a fist bump, or proudly showing off a drawing of Thomas the Tank Engine, he has a warm and caring way of connecting with the people around him.

Routine and structure help Kamden feel confident and successful, but he also enjoys plenty of opportunities for fun and adventure. He likes spending time outdoors, especially fishing and camping, and enjoys shopping for some of his favorite things, including Pokémon cards, trains, and LEGO® sets. If there's a Dr Pepper nearby, he's unlikely to turn it down. One of Kamden’s favorite ways to show he cares about others is by creating artwork to share, often featuring his beloved Thomas the Tank Engine.

Kamden’s faith is an important part of his life, and attending church is something he looks forward to each week. He especially enjoys worship music and has a wonderful sense of humor, once explaining his appreciation for Baptist churches by saying they "eat fried chicken." Moments like these reflect his joyful personality and ability to bring smiles to those around him.

Kamden enjoys helping others and takes pride in contributing whenever he can. He responds well to simple, step-by-step guidance and encouragement, allowing him to successfully complete tasks and experience the satisfaction of helping those around him. Kamden wants to do well and enjoys knowing that his efforts make a difference.

Being part of a family is very important to Kamden. He loves spending time with other children and dreams of having a family he can call his own. A small, two-parent family with the ability to provide consistent guidance, encouragement, and lifelong support would best meet his needs. As Kamden grows into adulthood, he hopes to pursue his dream of working at a train station, and he will benefit from a family that celebrates his interests while supporting him in reaching his goals. To help preserve the important relationships and connections he has already established, his adoptive family will need to be open to continued contact and visits to Kentucky so he can retain these connections.

Kamden has a joyful spirit, a caring heart, and a genuine desire to belong. For a family ready to embrace his love of trains, encourage his dreams, and celebrate the unique qualities that make Kamden who he is, there is an opportunity to build a lifetime of meaningful memories together.

If you believe your family could provide the encouragement, stability, and sense of belonging Kamden is looking for, we invite you to learn more.
