About Roy
Roy (11/10) is a very energic and outgoing teen who loves the outdoors and fishing. He is athletic and enjoys playing basketball and working out. When he is not outdoors, you can find him inside playing video games and goofing off with his foster siblings. He takes pride in his appearance and is considerate of others’ feelings. He is described as a sweet kid with a lot of potential with the right guidance. He would like to go to trade school and possibly be an electrician. He is a hard worker and likes to learn new skills. Although he does not like high school, he does well when he has encouragement.
Roy does not require a lot of close supervision. He wants an opportunity to be a regular teenager with a loving family to help guide and teach him to be a productive citizen one day.
Roy would like to have a family to accept him into their home and hearts, somewhere he can call home and never have to leave. Roy would love to achieve permanency with a family who has a mom and dad. He needs a family who will be patient with him and give him distance when he needs it, as it takes him a while to gain trust in others.
