Jenaja is a petite, happy, and friendly 9-year-old. She enjoys playing with her dolls, dressing up and getting made-up with glitter and lip gloss. She loves to be on the go, and especially enjoys trips to dollar stores and clothes shopping. Jenaja is in the 3rd grade. She loves books and reading. She also likes writing, art and music. Jenaja enjoys learning new things. She is very sweet natured, polite and caring. She plays well with children of all ages. Jenaja will flourish in a loving home with attentive parents.

Rodney is a bubbly and energetic 7-year-old with a small build. He is very affectionate, friendly and full of questions. He wants to learn how everything works. He loves playing with toy cars, trucks and trains. Rodney is in the 1st grade. He does his best work when paired with another student or receiving supportive attention. His favorite activities are drawing and art classes. He also likes music and gym. Rodney follows one step directions well and his self-help skills have recently blossomed.

Jenaja and Rodney were reunited in a foster home seven months ago. Jenaja takes her big sister role seriously. Rodney loves his sister and longed for visits when they were not living together. Jenaja and Rodney need an adoptive home with parents who are committed to providing structure, affection, attention to academic progress, and therapeutic resources to support their emotional growth and adjustment. Rodney would like a brother or male cousin close to his age to play with. He would do well in a home with a father or a family that has a grandparent or uncle figure to interact with frequently. Jenaja has done very well in her current placement with a single female caregiver.
