About Kaleb
Kaleb is a tall, 16 yr. old male. He is your average all American boy- who loves macaroni and cheese and playing baseball. His favorite professional team is the Dodgers. He hopes to one day be able to play again on a baseball team, as a pitcher, catcher, or 3rd baseman. He enjoys collecting baseball cards, and going to games. He's not currently involved in any sports or activities, but in the past he's played chess, baseball, football, bowling, and archery. He would love the opportunity to be involved again.
He's a likeable kids and is able to make friends wherever he goes. When asked about what classes he prefers in school- like most boys his favorite is physical education, because he gets to be active and doesn't have to sit in a classroom. He said that of his core classes, he prefers Science or history- because sometimes you can learn some cool things.
He's very outgoing, and likes to spend time outdoors. In addition to playing sports, he likes to fish, hunt, or work. He's been hunting for deer, squirrels, and possums in the past. He said he's gone trapping before as well. He said he didn't really enjoy that experience though- due to catching a skunk!
Kaleb still maintains a relationship with several of his biological family members, and hopes to continue to do so (while respecting healthy boundaries), even as he explores the possibilities of joining a new family. He said very simply that he wants to be with a family who wants him around.
When asked where he would go if he could choose anywhere in the world, he immediately said, "Russia". When asked why- he laughed and said he didn't know, that was just the first place that came to his mind. He said he doesn't actually like to travel. However, he has been to the beach once or twice, and to Dolly World once. He said he's been to Parrot Mountain, and to Noah's Ark. He said he really enjoyed each of those experiences.
